STUDENTS UNITE IN WORSHIP ON CAMPUS

If you thought that worshipping Jesus was exclusive to the four walls of a church, think again. 

On Thursday, 24 July, hundreds of students came together for Jesus Night on the Bib’s grass. This is an ongoing collaboration between Shofar, Every Nation and Kruispunt. They presented students the opportunity to come together in the name of Jesus at the heart of campus, where thousands of students walk daily. 

The event consisted of worshipping and testimonies being shared by people that did a full 180 when they gave Jesus the steering wheel in their lives. The event was vibrant and full of life. 

At the end of the event people had the opportunity to get baptised in the Kalfyn, and even though the breeze made the night freezing cold, it did not stop people from giving their lives to God. 

Jesus Night is a must attend event if you are looking for a community and a sense of belonging. Keep an eye out on the Instagram pages of the above-mentioned churches for when the next event will be held.
